Level 3 co-ed Squad
About:
The co-ed Squad consists of a mixture of male and female athletes and currently competes in various competitions regionally, nationally and internationally at Level 3.
We had a very successful year 2022-2023, gaining THIRD and FIFTH place in both our national competitions (FC and BCA)! Co-ed level 3 produced an exceptional routine, full of energy, and we can’t wait to see them push the boundaries even further next year!
On top of all of the training and competing, we still find time to raise money for charities that are very close to our hearts. We often do themed trainings to help raise awareness, for example pink training for Breast Cancer Awareness month. We also have regular socials (often fancy dress!) and a great team spirit.
We train three times per week and attendance at all practice sessions is compulsory, therefore we require 100% commitment from all of our squad members.
