X Runner Water Wipeout

Today, 10 of our Varsity squad participated in the X Runner Water Wipeout in Nottingham to raise money for ECCDS who we visited earlier this month. The course involved 60 obtacles over 10km including a 100m swim in icy cold water, climbing ropes and generally getting very very muddy.With the sun shining and our matching purple bows, we set off on our race, singing the whole way round and helping each other over the obstacles. When we finished the race we were told the showers had stopped working so it was a very muddy trip home for the Divas! We had a great day regardless and raised over £800 for ECCDS in the process.
