Flash Mob in Aid of Fixers

This morning, members of both Varisty and Junior Varsity teamed up with local Durham cheerleaders to perform in a flash mob at Prince Bishops, Durham. We performed a dance to 'Happy' amongst all the Christmas shoppers.

The flash mob was to raise money for Fixers, a charity which encourage young people to use their past to fix the future, drawing on personal experience to make a positive change for themselves and others. To find out more about the charity, click here. As well as raising money for such an important cause, it also enabled us to increase awareness of cheerleading in the local area.
